Goal: Creation of an interactive program demonstrating core values of the company and presenting its production units.

For one day the modern production facility of the Knorr-Bremse company had been transformed into a playground. As part of the quest all the employees, regardless of their occupation, were divided into teams and had to pass 10 stages of the quest. Each stage allowed the participants to try on their colleagues’ professions and thus to evaluate the complexity, specific character and importance of each division of the company. The culmination of the event was the formation of a giant magnetic panel depicting the brand’s values.
