By the number of first places taken by one agency, the V-EVENTS team became the absolute Winner of 2021.

In October 2021, V-EVENTS CEO Vakhtang Vakhtangishvili gave a series of master classes at the leading educational institutions of the Siberian Federal District - the Kemerovo State Institute of Culture and Arts and the Minusinsk College of Culture and Art. The theme of the master classes is “Contemporary event-directing. Theory and Practice” attracted a large number of young professionals, becoming the starting point in a long-term internship program for young professionals based on the V-EVENTS agency.

V-EVENTS, commissioned by the Gastroshow Moscow project, acted as a creative operator who became the author of two special immersive shows: “Phantasmagorias in Black” “A Bar That Doesn't Exist”.

Gastronomic performances have become one of the brightest events in the social life of Moscow and have been awarded professional prizes, as well as many reviews of celebrities.

In 2002, within the framework of the established collaboration, the plan is to release 2 more performances, continuing the formation of a new genre in Russia.

In June 2021, President of the ARMAN international holding, Serikbay Bisekeev, and V-EVENTS CEO Vakhtang Vakhtangishvili signed an agreement on strategic cooperation to develop an event calendar with 3 year cycle, which will become part of the dynamic strategy for the formation of the HR brand of the holding and the ARMAN motivational program.

V-events creative director Vakhtang Vakhtangishvili participated in an online session for specialists of a Nizhniy Novgorod event agency “Surprise Studio” on the topic of “The Educational project was initiated by the “Surprise Studio” director, member of NAOM, Nadezhda Zayac. Specialist skills development, experience exchange and creating a unified information space were the biggest priorities of the project. In conclusion of the first session, one of the “Surprise Studio” agency specialists was invited to Saint-Petersburg to take part in preparing the 2020-2021 campaign.

The top-management of the company took part in an emergency online conference of the event industry specialists on the topic of the COVID-19 global pandemic. Main topics of the online conference were Industry development planning during the ongoing global crisis and creating protocols to exit the post-crisis situation, discussing means to support business and industry as a whole.

An intensive training event “Directing events”, authored by the V-Events creative director Vakhtang Vakhtangishvili, was held within an educational project “Eventology” in Saint-Petersburg. Participants from Saint-Petersburg, Moscow, Tallinn, Riga, Novosibirsk and Tbilisi studied the basics of the director profession, specifics of the scripting art and Playwriting, they also performed a number of practical exercises and reviewed cases.

Authors of the training – Natalia Frankel and Dmitri Rumyantcev, organizers of the federal conference about staging and promoting public events “SOLD OUT”, authors of the “Event-marketing: all about promoting and organizing events”.

The V-events team in collaboration with the group of companies “May” realized the 90-year celebration of one of the biggest and strategically important enterprises of this country “ROSTSELMASH”. Acting as creative operators of the project, V-events specialists were in charge of developing a script, staging, video-content development , artist booking and realization of a scenic show dedicated to the past, present and the future of the unique Company.

In the future, leaders of the event market of the South and North-West regions are planning to collaborate further in order to realize larger projects.

Group started the production of a joint project on the Kazakhstan Republic territory. V-events is in charge of the creative component of the event: concept development, script writing, directing

and supervising the event realization.

Creative lab session "The role of aesthetics in today’s event production" will take place in St.Petersburg, September 21-23. "Golden puzzle" is the National Award for event-industry professionals held for the tenth consecutive year in Russia. This year, total of projects carried out by V-events were short-listed for the Award, - the highest number ever. All projects will be presented in public and evaluated by the judging panel on September 10. Тhe Award Ceremony will be held in Moscow on September 20. On that day the Winners in all nominations will be announced at the most prestigious professional event-award ceremony in Russia.

On October 19, Top50byLive winners were announced on stage of the Moscow concert hall "ORION HALL”. The independent award was established by the professional international magazine “Live Communication Magazine”. V-events team was a strategic partner of the ceremony, providing holistic direction and project support.

One couldn’t apply or nominate oneself for Top50byLive. At the heart of the project wasn’t a professional competition, but a special short-list consisting of outstanding persons who make a significant contribution to the development of the event industry in Russia.

Each of the ten categories presented the most outstanding, according to the editors of the magazine, experts in various related areas of the industry.

The V-events team became the national award winner at the annual event industry ceremony "Golden puzzle'2017". "Best Business Event" nomination was awarded to the event marketing international festival "EUBEA 2016". The second place in the "Best New Year Event" category was awarded to the LIVESHOW project. The Award Expert Council consisted of 80 independent experts representing HR, event-industry, marketing and the client community. In 2017 over 400 applications has been submitted for participation in the contest.

V-events creative director Vakhtang Vakhtangishvili was the key speaker at the international Summer Event Forum, traditionally held in Rostov-on-Don. The Forum is widely considered as one of the most important professional gatherings in event industry. His topic "Event as the art, or Why overly motivated amateurs are so dangerous" had became the subject of the most heated discussions among the delegates and colleagues, re-confirming, once again, V-events team expert level and positioning.

In 2017 the first expert venue award - Live.Venues Award will take place in Russia for the second time. V-events Creative Director Vakhtang Vakhtangishvili has once again been chosen as a member of the expert board of the award. The primary goal of the national project is to discover the best locations of the country, which will host event projects of various types and forms, as well as to increase the quality of locations and services.

On February 16 a closed conference took place as a part of the Winter Event Forum in Kazan. It was held by the National Association of Event Organizers. The main topic of the session was creation of new national projects that are initiated and conducted by the Association in the sphere of Event Trigger Marketing.

V-EVENTS team was invited to be one of the judges at the regional competition of event projects in the Volga Federal District - "Breakthrough Event". This competition is considered to be one of the most favorably regarded projects for the specialists of event-industry in the country. Geographical coverage of the competition includes 20 cities of the Volga Region, over 40 experts, and a series of workshops and seminars from keynote speakers of the industry.

V-EVENTS Creative Director Vakhtang Vakhtangishvili took the floor at the "Event dialogue" open project which took place on November 17, in Orenburg. One of the participants of the event was the Minister of culture and foreign relations of the Orenburg region - Evgeny Shevchenko. The key point of the meeting was the proposal of the Ministry of culture to establish an initiative group for production and formation of a regional event calendar with events that could potentially become brands of the Orenburg region

A big summer business conference for professionals in the event industry - Summer Event Forum - will take place in Rostov-on-Don June 6-8. The main goal of Summer Event Forum is the networking among the industry experts from all regions of the country.

40 speakers will appear in the framework of vivid and useful interactive discussions. The participants will be presented with the efficient recommendations not only on how to keep afloat, but also on how actually develop event business in current economic conditions. V-EVENTS has become the first Russian event agency that will become the main event partner and organizer of the bestowal ceremony for the European Eubea Award – BEST EVENTS Award. The ceremony, for the first time in the history of the project, will take place in Russia. One of the most significant branch-wise European Awards will be held in St. Petersburg from October 13 to October 15. Delegates of the event industry from all over the world, as well as over 300 journalists, actors, performers and many others will participate in the event.

On October 14, 2016 the festive award ceremony will take place on one of the most known stages in the country. The association’s mission is the development of Russian event market, communication support between the market players and position of the branch as an independent sphere of modern business in Russia. V-EVENTS became the first event agency, member of the association, whose headquarters are located in St. Petersburg.

A group of companies “LIVE Communication Magazine” and the National Association of Event Planners signed an agreement on general partnership. General producer of the LIVE group Nadia Makova becomes the managing partner of National Association of Event Planners and the curator of the strategical annual plan. The operational activity of the association will continue to be executed under the guidance of the chief executive – Vlad Metriaveli.
